Food Safety is everyone’s responsibility and everyone’s business. This workshop is intended for senior and middle management (R638) or staff new to food safety management requiring an overview of legislation, prerequisite programmes and the concept of Food Safety Culture.
The course provides a strong basis of knowledge and understanding of ISO 22000 upon which to build auditing skills. The aim of this course is for delegates to be able to understand the purpose of a Food Safety Management System based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.
Understand the requirements of implementing ISO 22000:2005 within your organization and how to plan and perform effective internal audits on the system with our Food Safety Management Systems Lead Auditor training course.
A Certificate of Successful Completion shall be issued for those attaining the minimum grade criteria. SHEM Criteria requires a minimum passing grade of 70 %. Examination papers which score 67% to 71% percent shall be re-graded by a second facilitator/assessor.
This one day food and safety level two course is a requirement for all food handlers, who are planning on working as interior crew on Super Yachts.
