Asean Culinary Academy (ACA) is an Accredited Centre for the Department of Skills Development (DSD), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia.
ACA has been approved to offer courses in food preparation/chef training, bakery, pastry, food & beverage services and Indian restaurant that lead to the award of Malaysia Skill Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) by DSD.
ACA is also an Approved Centre for City & Guilds of London.
