This course is perfect for anyone who handles food, including part-time and casual staff, and is looking to gain knowledge on food safety and hygiene practices. The assessment for this course is via a multiple-choice question paper.

You must also bring photographic ID or a bank card and a letter with your address to prove your identity. Please note, this must be brought to class on the day of the course, failure to do so will mean that you will be unable to attend the course.
Please note, from 4pm-5pm there will be an exam after your teaching session.

HACCP Course is offered by Jacksons Health and Safety Limited. Training can be provided by our consultants who have experience presenting in-house and public course content. We can also develop bespoke training for our clients.
This course is intended to give you an overview of how the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme works, what the scoring criteria are and how these are assessed by the inspectors, the appeals process, the Safer Food Better Business management system.
To provide course members with a knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles and how these are applied to control food safety.
The HACCP Level 2 course will provide you with the skills to identify and control risk relating to food preparation.
