ISO 22000 standard is globally recognized and written by the Food Industry experts for the Food Industry. This standard aims to harmonize the requirements for food safety management throughout the food supply chain.
FSMS training enables participants to be familiar with the concepts of the implementation and management of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) as specified in ISO 22000:2005. The participant will learn the different components of an FSMS, including the FSMS policy, HACCP analysis, measuring performance, management’s commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.
This two-day course will enable you to interpret the requirements of the food safety management system standard in order for you to be able to implement the requirements when you return to your organization.
This course will also give you the skills and techniques to measure the effectiveness of your food safety management system through audit.

A) Advanced Level Course - CAAC Certified ISO 22000 Internal Auditor (2 days)
B) Advanced Level Course - CAAC Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor or Implementer (3 days)
C) Advanced Level Course - CAAC Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor cum Implementer (5 days)
