Infocus Food Safety (Infocus Management Group Pty Ltd) was established in August 2003 with the merger of two businesses; James C Smith & Associates, which had been operating as a public health consultancy since 1989 and Trainingways, a food safety training company and Registered Training Organisation.

You will have the ability to identify risks associated with all stages of food preparation using HACCP procedures to minimise and control food safety hazards and risks as well as completing required documentation associated with the Food Safety Program.
A person holding an FSS certificate will know how to recognise, prevent and alleviate the hazards associated with the handling of food. The proprietor of an affected food business must ensure one person is appointed as FSS for the premises.
