Infocus Food Safety (Infocus Management Group Pty Ltd) was established in August 2003 with the merger of two businesses; James C Smith & Associates, which had been operating as a public health consultancy since 1989 and Trainingways, a food safety training company and Registered Training Organisation.

This course is a basic requirement to gain your food safety certificate. Successful completion of this course will give you the basic knowledge and skills required to work as a qualified food safety supervisor.
This basic non-accredited course is suitable as an introduction to food safety and hygiene or as a refresher course for staff working in the hospitality or food service sector.Â
