Training is dependent on which team squad you belong to so check out the website and contact the relevant coach and/or administrator. Our home ground is right next to the beach of the beautiful Camps Bay. We believe it is the best place to play in the world but come visit us and check it out for yourself. You can watch the games from the bar overlooking the pitch, with the beach one side and the backdrop of the mountain.
The club has a long history since it was founded in 1923 and has been very successful with numerous honours. In 2014 the 1st Team won the 1st Division title and were finalists in the Cup. Our Reserve team were 2nd in the league, our 3rd team 2nd in the league and Cup finalists. One of our players, Wanda Ncube was awarded Player of the League, and the club was voted Club of the Year by the CTTFA.
