Our UEFA-qualified and experienced coaches lead stimulating training sessions and are responsible for various teams. Training is designed to improve personal fitness, tactical and technical awareness, team and individual performance. We use a sport science approach to introduce innovative and up-to-date methods and to monitor player performance.
Our programme is delivered by a high quality, experienced coaching team who work closely with our innovative sport science department. Our coaching syllabus focuses on player and team with five parts to every session: technical, possession/pattern of play, small-sided game/phase of play and a cool down. Our coaches work closely with each team to develop player understanding in and out of possession and defensive and attacking transitions.
At Steven Gerrard Academy we have created a fantastic learning environment, led by our dedicated team, we ensure that you reach your potential both as a footballer and as a student.
These small group sessions are advanced workshops aimed at improving specific areas of your game. Small group sessions allow for that extra attention to detail.
Stars and Superstars skills academies work on developing emerging football skills sessions and as always, having heaps of fun! Superstars sessions are split into age and ability levels to continue development and put the skills they have learnt to the test in game situations.

This is the fourth class in our performance pathway. These kids classes are designed to further develop the skills learned previously. Kids are also introduced to more complex skills to beat players. Additionally within these classes we develop kids game awareness.
