The driving force of this company consists of those who have various educational backgrounds, interests, inclinations and disciplines.

The company was first registered with the Malaysian Companies Commission on 12 July 2011 under the name Awaken Learning & Services and has changed its name to Awaken Training & Consultancy with the Malaysian Companies Commission on 18 September 2012. Services consist of personal consultation sessions, group workshops, seminars and courses for the organization.
