This program will benefit forklift operators and supervisors in an industrial setting. Upon completion, participants will be able to demonstrate the knowledge required to operate forklifts in compliance with the Ontario Ministry of Labour’s Competence Standards for Forklift Operators and CSA Standard B335-94, Industrial Lift truck Operator Training.
Successful participants will also be able to meet the required performance demonstration guidelines, and will receive a certificate of completion and a wallet card.

Forklift Training courses fare OHSA mandated programs that teach proper forklift handling.
This course is designed to provide the student with the basic skills necessary to use the Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (S.C.B.A.). Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
We will provide onsite leadership and training to your staff and health and safety committee representative.
Lock Out course if offered by Mainland Safety. This is a 4 hour course that introduces workers to Lockout methods and explains when Lockout is required.Â
Participants in this program will learn about recognizing and evaluating fall hazards in their workplace, describing the legislation, standards and guidelines that apply to fall hazards, listing controls for these hazards, and describing a plan of action to reduce injuries from falls in their work.
