Forklift Training Candidates Requirements:
For proof of identity, you must provide ONE primary document or at least THREE secondary documents. One of these documents must include at least your name, and date of birth, which proves you are at least 18 years of age. Credit/Debit cards cannot be accepted for proof of identification.

All Candidates must be able to read, write and understand English. Please ensure that you have two forms of identification (one with a photo) and two passport photos.
After final assessment is completed and you are deemed competent a certificate of attainment along with a notice of assessment will be issued.
