The forklift license unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift truck (LF) safely in accordance with all relevant legislative requirements and forklift training. A person performing this work is required to hold a forklift ticket (Forklift Truck LF High-Risk Work Licence) (HRWL).
Mine Training Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 51586) and a WorkSafe-approved High Risk Training Organisation. We will submit all High Risk Work Licences for individuals who have completed the training and have been deemed competent.
All of Mine Training Australia’s Training courses are nationally accredited and are in accordance with the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High-Risk Work (WorkSafe Approved). Upon completion of the forklift training course, you will receive a Forklift Ticket for jobs requiring a forklift license.
Entry Requirements
A moderate English language, literacy and numeracy skill is required.
Participants must be over eighteen (18) years of age of age.
Participants must wear the following PPE to commence the training:
long sleeved shirt (preferably high vis)
long pants
steel capped boots required
