Legislation states that Powered Mobile Equipment (PME) operators require extensive training that includes duties, operation, terminology, inspection, and maintenance among others. Legislation also requires training (classroom and practical) before an operator is considered competent. This course will enable your facility to be self-sufficient in your training needs to develop competent forklift operators.
This course will develop presentation skills so the learner will be able to provide their students with an understanding of forklift terminology and safety principles, the ability to safely operate and inspect a forklift as well as assess and control hazards on site. This course is designed for supervisors or workers who have the ability to speak in front of others and a clear understanding of Forklift operation in a manufacturing environment.

The one day Electrical Safety for Non-Electrical Workers course explains various electrical hazards including electric shock, arc flash and arc blast to workers who are not qualified to perform live work on electrical equipment.

This outstanding program is taught by certified and experienced instructors, authorized by Energy Safety Canada. Please arrive on time and bring a picture id (government authorized). Wear comfortable clothes as you will be doing rescues and putting on breathing apparatus.
