Legislation states that Powered Mobile Equipment (PME) operators require extensive training that includes duties, operation, terminology, inspection, and maintenance among others.
Legislation also requires training (classroom and practical) before an operator is considered competent. This course will enable your facility to be self-sufficient in your training needs to develop competent forklift operators.
This course will develop presentation skills so the learner will be able to provide their students with an understanding of forklift terminology and safety principles, the ability to safely operate and inspect a forklift as well as assess and control hazards on site.
This course is designed for supervisors or workers who have the ability to speak in front of others and a clear understanding of Forklift operation in a manufacturing environment.

Overhead Crane training is 8 hours in duration and is designed for hoist operators. The training material is designed to give operators the necessary knowledge of equipment, safety principles, and operation, along with an understanding of relevant standards, and applicable requirements.
This one-day course combines practical and theoretical aspects of crane safety and operation, and meets the intent of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario) regulations.
