Learn the basics of the fox trot, waltz, and latin steps for social or for a wedding.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert in dance, our goal is to give you the best experience possible.
Originally called the Walzen (because of it’s German roots), the Waltz was met with much opposition because of it’s scandalously closed position. In the 18th Century, the aged generation were horrified at such suggestive touching, with a man’s hand around the waist of his partner.
Classes are typically held Monday through Thursday evenings and are one hour each. Drop-ins are welcome, though advanced registration for a course of four classes is encouraged.
