Free ISQM and RMCP Implementation Workshop

During the past couple of weeks, I received many requests for assistance with the Implementation of the System of Quality Management (ISQM) in firms.

I realise that not having enough hours in the day to implement this system, is a huge problem for most practitioners.

On top of this, practitioners are now also required to register with the FIC and implement a Risk Management and Compliance Programme.

To assist practitioners with implementing these systems, I have developed the following two Hubs:

1. The ISQM Hub for accounting professionals, and
2. The Risk Management and Compliance Hub for accounting professionals.

Everything you need, you will find in these Hubs, however, you will need to take some time to implement these systems yourself. Nobody else can implement these systems on your behalf.

To assist you in this regard, I require four hours of your time.

During these four hours, I will guide you step-by-step through the implementation. In addition, I will unmute your microphones to enable you time to speak with each other and ask all your questions.

We will also have a look at the risk register that you have to compile for your firm and I will make a document available, which I have developed that contains a list of all the potential risks and responses. This document will save you many hours of development.

I will be hosting these sessions on the following days from 09:00 to 13:00 (or until I have answered all your questions).
