  • Danielle McIntyre is a self-taught free-motion embroidery artist who has been teaching in high school for 15 years. She is inspired by cityscapes and landscapes and enjoys pairing monochromatic schemes with vibrant Liberty of London prints. Danielle began in this medium as a way of memorialising the places she has loved; Chester, Liverpool, North Yorkshire and North Wales. After numerous requests she began taking commissions on others’ special places. She enjoys replicating others’ memorable locations and adding her own twist with bold lines, prints and colours. Danielle was taught to sew by her grandmother and has since run a children’s clothing business. She now concentrates on producing her artwork.
