All courses follow a communicative approach. The emphasis is on communicating real meaning. Phonetics is taught to improve pronunciation; grammar is taught in context and cultural elements from France and French speaking countries are included in the lessons.

Generally speaking, French tuition at most levels is focused on grammar, verbs and vocabulary although all core modules of reading, writing, speaking and listening will be covered.
