Baking 101 is the all-inclusive class you need to become a baking expert! Learn the difference between creaming and mixing, the brownie method and cake method, and the importance of each element of baking; Fats, Sugars, Flour, Salt, Eggs, Moisturizers, and Leavening Agents.
Pastry Making class is offered by French Communication Institute. By attending and participating in the French Communication Institute’s French cooking and baking classes, our clients will discover a profound respect for superior ingredients.
Enjoy a fun team bonding event with a decorating bar. We will supply our freshly prepared cookies or cupcakes, buttercream frosting, and decor, and let the fun begin. A BBx3 team member can be added to join the fun as well as bring some coaching and expertise into the mix.
