Designed for students with prior Java programming experience, this course introduces the student to more advanced Java programming concepts. Topics include I/O classes, multi-threading, Java Beans, networking, image processing and security issues.
Students learn the JavaScript and jQuery needed to add interactive elements such as dynamic image galleries, exciting rollover effects, more usable Web forms, and enhanced navigation to any Web page.
Students will develop basic JavaScript skills through hands-on experiences and will showcase their abilities by solving a variety of programming problems and building interactive web versions of Tic-Tac-Toe and the classic game ‘Concentration’.
This course provides a detailed overview of Javascript, security, architecture, pricing, and support. This introductory course was designed to be delivered to prepare students to pursue becoming a Javascript Certified Practitioner.
