FTI Supervisor Training Program

Recently revised, STP is a 2 day lecture / workshop training program for foremen and supervisors, or potential foreman and supervisors. Ideally, it consists of two [2] instructors, one from Labour, the other from Management. FTI Labour STP instructors come from across North America.

Management Instructors are similarly recruited from North American IUPAT signatory contractors; to avoid conflicts of interest, management instructors are assigned in areas outside of their usual company territories. In this way, both labour and management perspectives are presented to attendees.
