This course is ideal for a operator/- setter who would like to learn more about the CNC programming environment as well as get used to the terminology and the correct use of speeds and feed-rates and machining principles within the general CNC environment.
The main aim of this course will be to make you aware as to the correct line of thought necessary to be able to manufacture components in the most economical way possible. We aim to get you to think ahead with regards to tooling, turret layout and clamping methods. The more thought you put into each program before it gets to the machine, the more efcient the job will turn out.
