You will learn about research and development of computer games and how to pitch your ideas. You will also learn practical techniques such as 3D modelling, audio editing and games engines.
You will learn how to use applications such as Maya, Unity, Photoshop and Illustrator through a series of exciting briefs that mirror the games industry.
You will also have the opportunity to complete ‘live’ briefs and enter industry-focused competitions that will help you build your portfolio to aid your progression.

We offer full-time courses for school leavers including A Levels and vocational qualifications, full-time Access to Higher Education courses, part-time adult professional development, entry level and recreational courses as well as full and part-time degree level study.
This one-day Computer Game Development course will teach you all the skills that you need to become a competent 3D computer games developer using Unreal Engine 5.0.
