At London Met, we invest in you. The University boasts state-of-the-art learning, library and IT facilities where you can hone your skills – from a mock courtroom, purpose-built art, design and recording studios to a £100,000 journalism newsroom and our £30 million Science Centre, which is one of the largest science teaching labs in Europe.
We also offer you fantastic support services. At London Met, we put our students at the centre of all we do. We can help you with accommodation, funding and general career advice. We also offer disability and dyslexia support and an on-site counselling service.

Throughout this games design degree, you will study gaming in a range of contexts, from the fundamentals of games design, art and programming to digital art, creative and immersive technologies. As you move into the second and third years of your degree, you will be able to focus on the area of spe...
Ba (hons) games design will teach you how to take the software tools of games design and create new gaming experiences. Explore skills sought by industry, such as storyboarding, coding and play testing which will enable you to translate your ideas into playable games.
During the course you will study key game design principles and theories that underpin the development of successful games. You will learn practical skills in game prototyping, ui design, level design, game testing and game narrative techniques.
