To register as a domestic gas installer, you must hold Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1) plus certification for the appliances you intend to work on. ACS qualifications must be renewed every 5 years.
This package includes training and re-assessment covering core domestic gas safety plus central heating and hot water boilers, cookers and space heaters (including gas fires and wall heaters).

On successful completion of the course, candidates will be issued with the LCL Awards certificate in Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1) and the appliances they have undertaken.

The National CCNSG Training Course is a two-day course for basic site safety. The CCNSG National Course is valid for three years from the date of the course. Many Companies insist on Personnel holding this qualification before allowing them access to a site or premises.
Safe Use of Compressed Gases and Transportable Gas Receptacles Course is offered by Core Safety and Training Solutions Ltd. The training offered can be tailored to your company's needs, or to the individual.
Shea-Gas Safety Passport Training Course is offerd by Plant Testing Ltd. This is 1-day training course for up to a maximum of 12-candidates.
The course comprises an initial 3 week training period at our centre to give the candidate a foundation of working knowledge and an understanding of gas principles and safety.
This training course discusses how to work safely with compressed gas cylinders that are used in general industry workplaces and how to protect against the hazards they pose.
