Register for our third General Day to learn about the importance of cardiovascular disease prevention in both primary and secondary care. This training day explores risk factors, particularly lipids, for the development of cardiovascular disease and how to address them.

Attendees will build on their skills in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, learning more about where the future might lie in these areas. Through a series of lectures from some outstanding speakers, this will assist attendees in improving their skills.

By attending, you will understand:

  • The role of risk factors in the development of cardiovascular disease.

  • How to assess risk factors in both primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease

  • To understand how to treat hyperlipidaemias
