Teachers at the ILC conduct constant informal and regular formal needs assessments on all students. From this, they use our ‘Open Syllabus’ (based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Language A1-C1) to plan self-contained, effective and engaging lessons that always meet our students’ needs.
