CCEL’s General English (GE) courses are for people who want to improve their all-round English skills and learn how to communicate effectively. CCEL offers GE at 6 levels from beginner to advanced.
GE courses include, speaking, listening, reading and writing lessons and vocabulary and grammar development. Courses are intensive, have regular testing and a focus on student progress.
General English is available full-time for all students and part-time for students 18 years or older. CCEL is currenly offering a limited number of scholarships for General English 10 week courses at CCEL.

Levels Available Beginner to Advanced (6 Levels). Part-time is only available for students 18 years+.

What you will learn
Placement
You will be given a placement test on the first day of the course and placed in class with other students at the same level.
Assessment
Assessment is continuous throughout the course. CCEL students are tested every 5 weeks and receive individual progress reports.
