General English Course

Our group classes provide the opportunity for every student to improve their language skills with a personal teaching approach. 

Levels:

• Beginner or CEFRL Level A1 - Basic English Course for people whose first language is not English. (English for Beginners) is for students who cannot read, write or speak any English.
• Elementary or CEFRL Level A2 - Elementary English is for students who can read short words, write some English e.g. name and address, understand simple sentences and give short answers
• Pre-Intermediate or CEFRL Level A2+ - The course is a lower/Pre-Intermediate level course for those whose first language is not English, who wish to improve all four language skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing, and who have completed a beginner’s or elementary level course.
• Intermediate or CEFRL Level B1 - The course is an Intermediate level course for those whose first language is not English, who wish to improve all four language skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing, and who have completed a course at Pre-/Lower-Intermediate level.
• Upper-Intermediate or CEFRL Level B2 - The course is a Higher Intermediate level course for those whose first language is not English, who wish to use all four language skills with increasing ability and confidence in a variety of situations and speak on a variety of subjects with native-speakers.
• Advanced or CEFRL Level C1 - The course is an Advanced level course for those whose first language is not English, who wish to use all four language skills with fluency and confidence, and who wish to converse at near-equal level with native-speakers of English.
