Our professional Trainer will deliver an informative discussion on various aspects of home fire safety and prevention topics. All participants will receive a Fire & Rescue NSW Fire Safety and Prevention in the Home booklet and a Fire Extinguisher Selection Chart/R.A.C.E.
Pocket Card. Our trainer will demonstrate working smoke alarms, extinguishers, and the use of a fire blanket to show participants how to smother fires. There will be no practical use of the fire extinguisher by participants.

This unit covers the performance of rescue procedures from an electricity supply industry (ESI) tower in the workplace.Â
This course equips employees with the necessary knowledge to be able to respond efficiently and effectively should fire become a threat to your business. We find employees are reluctant to use fire extinguishers due to a lack of knowledge in how to operate them.
Compliant practical first-attack firefighting training in fire extinguishers, fire hose reels and fire blankets gives you confidence that all employees can respond in early stages of a fire to a competent level.
Training on fire extinguishers and understanding how they should be used are both critical. We operate fire extinguisher training in Melbourne and regional Victoria. The reasons for this will be outlined in the following paragraphs
