Liverpool Language Academy offers a whole host of language learning opportunities for adults and young people.
Liverpool Language Academy offers a whole host of language learning opportunities for adults and young people. Whether you are planning to work abroad, travel to a foreign country or simply want to learn a new skill, learning a language is a highly desirable and beneficial skill.
We also run group courses in the evenings at beginner and pre-intermediate levels in Spanish, French, German and Italian. These consist of twelve weekly sessions of 1.5 hours and are structured to introduce students the basis of the language of their choice in a logical and coherent way. In order to obtain maximum benefit from the course, we recommend that students devote several hours per week to independent study.
We are an international education centre for children, adults and businesses. We offer courses in a wide variety of languages, as well as high-quality translation and interpreting services.
We have a wealth of experience in delivering our services to a wide range of different sectors and stakeholders. These include the film industry, a range of multinational companies, a host of Premier League football clubs, including Liverpool, Everton, Manchester United, Manchester City, Business Training Agencies, schools and nurseries.
Our highly successful Academy has a reputation for success and quality which is recognised internationally as well as right across the United Kingdom. This success is reflected in our students’ excellent exam results and is thanks to the dedication of our highly qualified and experienced teachers.
Intensive courses can be extremely effective and are often described as being the best way of learning a language quickly.
International Society offers German Language class. All year round we run a programme of friendly, fun and informal language classes. The classes are taught by our team of dedicated volunteers.
Popular through the business and cultural capitals of Europe, the German language is spoken by over 120 million people worldwide. If you’re interested in a career in the sciences, German is the second most widely used scientific language, and it is also an important language in the world.
In lingual courses you will develop your German language four skills of learning (speaking, reading, listening, and writing) and also cross-cultural communication skills, being able to effectively interact with native speakers in real-world situations.
You must be enthusiastic and love working with children. You must also speak German. Confidence is a must as singing in front of large groups of people is essential (don't worry you don't need to be X Factor Final standard, but you should be able to carry a tune).
