The programme comprises 8 courses, including compulsory and elective courses from: Software Development, Computer Networks and Information Systems.
All GDIT students are issued with their own laptop and receive the necessary free Microsoft software.
The Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (GDIT) provides graduates in other disciplines who wish to pursue a career in the ICT industry with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue an IT career in the global market place.
The programme also assists ICT industry professionals to gain the discipline and recognition of a formal qualification and an organised knowledge system to complement their industry experience.
Entry Requirements:
Entry to the Graduate Diploma in Information Technology requires completion of a bachelor degree or equivalent overseas qualification and an English level of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Students with a lesser qualification plus work experience may be considered.
