Graphic Design BFA
You’ll not only master design skills, but also hone a personal voice that requires critical thinking, social awareness, and the ability to communicate across an array of platforms.
Topics of study include editorial design, interactive web design, experiential design (exhibitions and signs), and kinetic typography, along with advanced typography, corporate identity systems, motion graphics, and art history.
You’ll also participate in industry-sponsored competitions and gain experience through a required internship. The program concludes with a senior thesis project and a juried design exhibition. You’ll graduate with a portfolio to present to potential employers.
The Graphic Design curriculum has been developed by a faculty of practicing professionals and an advisory board of industry leaders.
