This four-week class is designed to get you up and running with all of the basic skills needed to use Adobe Photoshop CC® with your photography. Using Adobe Photoshop CC®, your instructor will teach you this powerful photo manipulation software.
In Graphic Design, students learn how to use state-of-the-art design programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator, that will help them transform graphics into visual concepts that exhibit their personal voice and creativity.
Introduction to Adobe's free-hand drawing program, working with "vector" graphics rather than pixel images. Learn how to use layers, paths, blend colors for shades.
They will learn to modify PDF content by rearrangin, editing, and formatting existing text; and by adding headers, footers, watermarks, and backgrounds. Students will learn to manage security issues and explore the use of comments, markups, and automated reviews.
From logos to patterns, from packaging to type, you’ll learn a lot of what Illustrator can do. You’ll create numerous graphics throughout the course, using the standard drawing tools, the Pen tool, type, compound paths, effects, layers, masks, patterns, blends, colors, and more.
