Through project-based learning, and creating self-directed graphic design, this program will equip you with the confidence and skills needed to be a successful graphic designer, brand designer, design manager, web designer, or advertising designer.
Program Outcomes
Graduates from Southeastern’s Graphic Design program have joined businesses and organizations, while others work as freelance graphic designers. Others have joined graduate programs to pursue Master of Fine Arts degrees.

The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design offers a rigorous curriculum involving research and development, critical thinking and fearless image making as it applies to work in the 2-D, 3-D, 4-D fields.
In this creative, innovative graphic design degree, you'll integrate design principles, methods, concepts, images, words, and ideas to convey distinct, visually compelling messages to a range of audiences.
The graphic design concentration prepares the student for a future in commercial art and advertising design, and is committed to the development of both creative thinking and technical proficiency in the field. Â
Our students are immersed in print, web, and multimedia design, applying their advanced skills to hands-on projects and internships. You'll hone your skills in modern design software while developing branding strategies, web sites, magazine layouts and more.
