Group boxing & workout classes focused on boxing technique, strength & conditioning, and footwork. See fitness results for all levels. 

Our core class, The Grind, is focused on providing real results through hard work. In our 60-minute group fitness class, you'll learn fundamental boxing techniques through high-volume repetition with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

Throughout the workout, our coaches will help motivate and guide individuals on boxing combinations, defense, and footwork. Each session ends with an intense conditioning circuit to help improve your physical performance.
