Womxn identified people have experienced grief in many different ways. There’s no wrong way to experience these feelings!
This is a harm reduction friendly group that teaches a bit about grief, but focuses more on building and sharing skills to handle the feelings associated with trauma, grief and loss.

Join us for a 1-day intensive workshop, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), instructed by Psychologist, Researcher and Professor Dr. Colleen Carney.
Learning the essential skills for assisting those with trauma histories is fundamental.Â
This course focuses on the four most common mental health disorders including substance-related, mood-related, anxiety and trauma-related, and psychotic disorders.
This course will cover key grief and loss concepts relating to trauma and traumatic death.
