GWO SLS Certificate does not expire. GWO have launched there own unique certificate record data base WINDA. This system allows you and employers to check online using your WINDA ID to verify your current training records.
Global Wind Technology Ltd (GWT) was established with the vision to improve Health and Safety within the wind energy sector. Our first department, Research and Development (R&D) was born in August 2020.
Our R&D department is currently working on developing new individual and collective evacuation devices and emergency rescue equipment for those directly involved on working within turbines.
Further in the field of Health & Safety GWT has now opened a training department. From September 2020 we have been successfully approved by the Global Wind Organisation (GWO) to deliver Basic Safety Training (BST) courses mandatory for working within turbines.
We have also been approved to deliver the latest additional modules Enhanced First Aid (EFA) and Advanced Rescue Training (ART) at our purpose built training facility.
Slinger/Signaller Course is offered by CP Assessments Ltd. CP Assessments offer a range of Health and Safety Courses to provide every learner with a safe, supportive and secure environment where learners feel valued, supported and safe.
Slinger Signaller course is offered by Training 4 Industry. We aim to provide a quality, enjoyable learning experience where high standards can be achieved. Training can be delivered on customer premises subject to site survey and Training 4 Industry operates an Equal Opportunities Policy.
To train personnel in the practical skills and job safety knowledge necessary for the operation of overhead cranes, and the necessary ancillary knowledge required for the safe selection and use of slings and lifting tackle.
Our Slinger/Signaller course is suitable for candidates who wish to take on the responsibilities of supervising loading or unloading using lifting appliances or lifting equipment.
The CPCS A40 course aims to provide the candidate with a thorough practical and theory training in operating as a Slinger / Signaller in order to be enable the candidate to pass the CPCS Theory and Practical Tests and operate on site
