The purpose of this program is to create awareness of H2S hazards, how to protect yourself from exposure, along with the ability to execute a basic response strategy in the event of an accidental exposure or release of this highly toxic gas.
This is a one-day training program which meets the minimum standard in the Oil & Gas industry for H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) training.
This program developed by Energy Safety Canada, is intended for people who may potentially be exposed to Petroleum Industry – work environments where Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) may be present.

Additional Notes:
Participants must be able to put on a SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) Face mask and breathe under air.
Participants must be able to participate in rescue drag techniques using simulated rescue mannequins

STAND-BY SAFETY & RESCUE TEAMS. +These specialized teams, consisted of highly trained and experienced individuals in various disciplines of rescue and medical intervention.
ACUTE delivers training in English and participants need to demonstrate an independent understanding and comprehension of the course content to successfully complete the training.
This training will cover many different potential variables in Emergency situations; Key components to emergency response procedures will be covered.
Industry is increasingly aware of the hazards and safety precautions involved when working at height. There is often a critical need for safe and effective rescues of workers who have experienced an arrested fall or who are trapped/incapacitated at height.
Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) protects users against oxygen deficiency, dust, gases, and vapors. SCBA training is required for anyone who may use or oversee others using this life-saving equipment.
8 hour course that will allow an employee to enter a confined space to perform work as needed.
