All employees who are, or may be potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals under normal work condition, or in foreseeable emergency, must be provide with the required information and training before beginning to work in the area that contains hazardous chemicals.
Employer must provide their employees with information and training regarding hazardous chemicals in their work areas. This information and training must be given at the time when the employee’s was first assigned to the job or whenever a new hazard (including a process changing) is introduced to the work area.
