Under the HAZWOPER regulation 29 CFR 1910.120, workers who have completed the 40-Hour Site Worker course must receive eight hours of refresher training every year.
This course is for workers who will be involved in operations after an uncontrolled release has been terminated or where cleanup operations will be done concurrently with work to stop a release.
