The role of the Health and Safety Representative (HSR) is primarily to liaise with other staff to identify health and safety issues and convey these to management. HSRs are elected by fellow staff to represent the views of the staff group.
This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfil their role as a Health and Safety Representative (HSR) in New South Wales. Achieve Training is a SafeWork NSW approved provider of this course, which is compliant under the Work Health and Safety Act 2017.

This course develops the skills and knowledge required to operate a gantry or overhead crane safely. Competence in this unit does not result in a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) .
This unit covers the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPEs), the identification of hazards and emergency procedures, and the process for observing safe working practices in relation to working with industrial chemicals and materials.
