Learners get to discuss and identify some of the key risks associated with working at height as well as appropriate controls to keep themselves and other safe. Learners will also develop an understanding of their health and safety responsibilities.

Trainees will be able to apply theory and skills in lifting and placing loads with a truck mounted crane through theory and practical experience.
Companies need to have proof that all forklift operators are trained and competent to drive the type of forklift they are using in order to meet their Health and Safety at Work Act obligations.
Our EWP training facility is purpose build and designed to encourage and support all learners. The training is a combination of classroom with "real workplace" practical using industry approved equipment.
Our one-day course is designed for trainees who have had some prior experience in operating forklifts. If a trainee is an absolute novice and has never operated a forklift then a longer course would likely be necessary. (Additional training may incur additional costs).
It will equip the Supervisor / Manager with the ability to understand why Health & Safety is Important to them and to their Employer. It will create in Workers an understanding of their “Duty of Care” to other people in their workplace.
