Heights Incident First Response Training

This training course is suitable for any person who works on elevated or at heights work platforms which may be required to conduct height incident response operations (first response). It covers the skills and knowledge required to undertake risk management processes

• Prepare and respond to rescue

• Selecting rescue equipment and PPE

• Anticipated hazards and associated risks

• Assessing the rescue scene

• Minimising and controlling hazards

• WHS procedures

• Perform rescue

• Prepare casualty for removal and safe extrication

• Monitoring incident scene for hazards

• Conclude rescue operations

• Incident review and debrief
