The 12-week programme is 90% funded by the UK Government. 

Leadership and Business Growth at Cardiff Metropolitan University have taken their expertise and experience from the renowned 20Twenty Programme to bring you a bespoke government backed scheme designed exclusively for senior business leaders.

The business growth and mentoring programme is 90% subsidised by the government and is exclusively for senior leaders of small and medium businesses.

What Is The Help To Grow: Management Programme?
The programme provides 1-1 mentorship and world-class training for leaders of small and medium-sized businesses.

The programme costs just £750 (course worth £6750) and is 90% subsidised by the government.

To join the Help to Grow: Management Course, your business must:

• Be a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) based in the United Kingdom

• From any business sector, employing between 5 and 249 people

• Have been operational for at least one year

• Not be a charity
