The basic objective of this course is to provide participants with an integrated and comprehensive view Leadership and its impact. The course will begin by understanding oneself and the impact that one’s own behavior has on others.
The program will enable an appreciation of different theories and models of leadership and sensitize the participants to various aspects of leadership. Leader’s impact on groups and individuals will be explored through various interactive case discussions and exercises.
Essential leadership skills like communication, coaching and goal setting will also be discussed. The course also aims to present Leadership from an experiential learning approach; that is the participants not only read the concepts but also practice and experiment by using some of these techniques in a simulated organizational situation.
