The school, founded in 1957 by Miss Ann Roberts AO, is now in the hands of daughter, Jane and her husband André Reynaud.
The school evolves to reflect the changing world by offering the highest quality training in the most caring and fun filled environment for both the lover of dance and the aspiring professional.

The school is proud to say that many of its past students have pursued a career in the world of dance. To name a few, are Natalie Weir – Expressions Director and choreographer, Kurt Phelan – professional dancer, choreographer and actor, Tim Coleman – Singapore Ballet; Emmanuel Reynaud - Footnote Dance Company; and many of our former students are now professional teachers and examiners of dance.
Hip Hop is an essential style of the modern dance world. Our instructors are authentic and world class in this genre. Junior and senior classes are available to all aspiring dancers.
This energetic class works its way through the latest music, exploring the newest moves. It incorporates current street styles with tricks, popping and locking and freeze
Our hip-hop dance classes include a variety of different street dance styles. This includes popping, locking and funk. All of our hip-hop classes are also performed to age appropriate music.
Children will love learning these funky steps and revel in their new found moves, they’ll be dancing around the back yard and the lounge room for hours after class!
Offering Hip Hop classes for kids at both our Bli Bli & Yandina dance school. Hip -Hop dance is a dynamic and grounded style. It includes a wide range of styles from tutting to break dancing and is usually performed to Hip-Hop music.
