Hip Hop is one of the most popular and evolving styles of dance. Our syllabus, AIDT Urban Hip Hop, includes styles like Locking, Popping, New School, Lyrical, House, Stepping, B-Boy, waacking etc.
These classes are fun and energetic. Classes include a warm up of cardio plus stretch and strengthen exercises that are very important with any physical activity.
Our Adult Hip Hop Classes consist of a mix of many styles including Old School Hip Hop, New Style Hip Hop, Waacking, House, Jerking, Dance Hall as well as Funk styles such as Popping, Locking and Tutting.
