A dancer must be at least 5 years of age in order to study Hip Hop. These dance classes consist of street or music video style movement, and use the latest music hits or Hip Hop music (all age-appropriate).

t ConfiDance Studio, hip hop is danced in running shoes and provides a significant cardiovascular workout.Â
Dancers will work on hip hop style and technique as well as their rhythm, precision and freestyle to create movement using isolations, body flow and strength. Class will consist of warm-up, centre and traveling exercises and may involve elements of popping, breaking and house styles.Â
