Jama Dance Studio is a multi-racial studio which is placed at Polokwane & Mankweng. We offer Ballroom and Latin American Dance. Jama Dance Studio is formed by Mr. Jack Mawasha who is a qualified sports coach and founder of FEDANSA LIMPOPO (Federation of Dancesport South Africa Limpopo Branch) which its mother body is FEDANSA (Federation of Dancesport South Africa which is a member of SASCOC and IDSF (International Dancesport Federation).
Jama Ballroom Dance Studio was formed to fulfill the needs of people in the Limpopo Province to have a place where they can have fun after work. Children love to challenge their minds and bodies. Dancesport will do both for them in a safe environment while they have fun.
Refers to a number of different styles such as Hype Dance, New-Jack Swing, Jamming, etc. Hip Hop is mostly danced with a typical bounce or jumping action. It is primarily performed to hip hop music.
Hip Hop Dance is offered by Byron Bure Academy of Theatre Arts.
In this class, students will learn all the latest dance moves that you would see on Step Up and So you think you can dance.
The SABOD Hip Hop syllabus includes a broad spectrum of styles: Old School Hip Hop, New Style Hip Hop, KRUMP, Breaking, Waacking, House, Jerking, Dance Hall as well as Funk styles such as Popping, Locking and Tutting.
Very fun and energetic dance style, incorporating a lot of the urban and street styles. We use the TDA syllabus. We also offer exams, competitions and other various dance opportunities. Hip Hop dance classes are available to variety of ages from 4years to adults.
