For the past two decades, Denotech Training has been at the forefront of HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness training in South Africa.

We offer a range of services that range from the training of educators and healthcare professionals to general community groups such as schools and faith communities. The need for HIV/AIDS training in South Africa is huge, and with the government’s new policies to increase funding for prevention programmes, demand is going to soar!

Denotech Training is ready with a wide range of high quality programmes with a passion to help South Africans face this pandemic in a positive way. South Africa has one of the highest HIV infection rates in the world. With more than 5 million people living with HIV, there is a need to reduce new infections and to improve the quality of life of affected individuals.

Denotech Training was set up to provide training services in HIV/AIDS; it employs people living with HIV/AIDS who are trained to deliver workshops, seminars and other training packages responding to these needs.

The Denotech Training Community Education Programme (CEP) was established in 1996 by Denotech, a non-profit Company that provides services to people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS;

it aims to achieve change in the main sectors of the South African society by promoting HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and support strategies. Around one hundred people living with HIV/AIDS are trained to deliver educational workshops in their communities.

These workshops are supported by peer educators who are employed by Denotech, and together they deliver information on HIV/AIDS prevention to children, youth, women, men and the general public. The CEP is based at Denotech’s offices in Johannesburg.

It also has offices in Durban and Cape Town, which are run by dedicated teams of people living with HIV/AIDS who manage their own programmes under the supervision of Denotech staff.

Denotech is a full-service training company in South Africa that offers HIV/AIDS training to individuals and organizations interested in improving their HIV/AIDS workplace policies.

Our customized HIV/AIDS training can be delivered locally or online for groups of any size, and we also offer a variety of other courses at our facility. The Denotech staff consists of HIV/AIDS educators who have been trained by the South African government to teach courses on the prevention, transmission, and treatment of HIV/AIDS. In addition to providing HIV/AIDS training courses, we offer other specialized courses, including first aid and fire safety.
